7. Tilting Disc Check Valve
General description
Tilting disc check valve is a new check valve produced by our company referring to the foreign advanced products. Its main advantages are to overcome the bump, water hammer of swing check valve and lift check valve under the working condition to achieve smooth operation.

Structural features
- While closing, the seat ring can get in touch with the sealing face gradually. then the double-eccentric center disc can work well without bump and noise.

- The disc with butterfly form has a long cycle life with quick open and close.
The tilting type makes flow passage streamlined to reduce the flow resistance and save the energy. |

9. Y-pattern Check Valve
Y-Pattern valves are available in three bonnet designs. The first design is the Bolted Bonnet, with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made in F30L/graphite. Ring joint gaskets are also available on request. The second design is the welded bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration strength welded joint is available. The third design is the pressure seal bonnet, with a threaded and pressure seal bonnet joint.
The Y-Pattern valves are available in globe and check design configurations.
Gate Valve Design Construction and Specifications
Y-Pattern globe and check valves conform to ANSI B16.34.Each is tested according to API598, and markings are per MSS SP-25.
